We had a nice little Saturday!
Stevie wanted to get some work done in the backyard so Shyla and I went to the zoo this morning. She was a very good girl and we had a lot of fun. We even bought tickets to ride the train but then she freaked out and didn't want to get on it. Oh well, next time!
I don't take a lot of pictures when it is just the two of us, but she enjoys playing with this frog that squirts water.*************************************************************************************
After nap we went to Grandpa Steve's house when Kirsten, Jim, Sophia, Simone (and Bella) are staying for the week!
This was the first time Stevie and Shyla got to meet the twins!

Then it was time to do some swimming with Daddy, while I watched from the sidelines and tried not to have multiple heart-attacks.

When we left Shyla was grumpy and crying and tired. She screamed for about 20 minutes (which feels a lot longer than that) in the car on the way home. Once we got home, though, it was time to read goodnight stories. Before I read "Llama" to Shyla, she wanted to read a story to her baby. Notice the title. Makes my heart happy.
So, we weren't as productive as I would have liked, but it was a really great Saturday.

I would have had a heart attack too, with all that flying in the air!
Shyla was the little fish that afternoon! We enjoyed watching her have fun!
