WW - week 10

For some reason it wasn't a great week. I felt kind of out-of-control all week. I was hungry and unmotivated nearly all week.

The only good thing was that I did achieve my goal of earning more than 19 activity points. In fact I earned 31 activity points. And, regardless of my poor eating choices, I lost 0.4 pounds.

However, I didn't track anything. Oops!

So, my goal for this week is to track, track, track.

Week 10 Weight LOSS: 0.4 pounds

Total Weight Loss: 18.4 pounds

Pounds to Goal: 26.4 pounds
