30 Day Challenge - Day 23 - A Picture of your Favorite Book
Okay - this was way too hard! There is really no way for me to pick just 1 favorite book, so I chose a few:
The BFG by Roald Dahl (and most of his other books too) is an all-time favorite and one that I can still read over and over!
Where the Sidewalk Ends, and almost everything else by Shel Silverstein is also a go-to. I hope my kid(s) appreciate him as much as I do. His books always make me think of my Grandma Sonntag who bought us them from Price Club many, many years ago.
The Lorax is my favorite Dr. Seuss book, but I love almost all of his books too (I guess this post is more about the authors than the books themselves). I read it every year to my science classes when we start our unit on the environment.
And I do love me some
Harry Potter - the books, though, NOT the movies because they give me headaches.

Ok...so I've always loved Eloise books, and Madeline books..I guess because they took place in places I was familiar with. I concur on Shel's books..he is a genius, but I think Cat in the Hat is my favorite Suess. I hope your challenge was asking about CHILDREN'S books!!!
